StP Packer – Stand to Pee (What is?)

An STP packer, or “Stand to Pee packer,” is a prosthetic device used by transgender men (FTM – female-to-male) that allows them to urinate while standing.

These devices are designed to simulate the appearance and function of male genitalia, providing both a realistic bulge in the pants and the practical ability to use urinals in men’s restrooms.

  • Materials: STP packers are usually made from body-safe materials such as silicone, which is flexible, durable, and easy to clean. Other materials like elastomer or cyber skin might also be used.
  • Size and Shape: Available in a variety of sizes and shapes to cater to individual preferences and body types. The design closely mimics male genitalia, including details like veins, texture, and coloration.

Design Variations

Some STP packers include additional features such as:

  • Adhesive Backing: Allows for direct attachment to the skin for a more secure fit.
  • Harness Connections: Designed to be worn with specific harnesses that keep the packer in place.
  • Texture and Realism: High-quality models emphasize realistic textures and anatomical details to enhance authenticity.

  • Gender Affirmation: By allowing transgender men to stand while urinating, STP packers help align their restroom behavior with their gender identity, reducing dysphoria.
  • Confidence and Comfort: Wearing an STP packer can significantly boost confidence and comfort in social situations, especially in public restrooms.
  • Practicality and Freedom: The ability to use urinals offers practical benefits, such as convenience in public settings and during outdoor activities, making it easier to navigate daily life without restrictions.
  • Clothing Flexibility: STP packers allow for more freedom in clothing choices, enabling individuals to wear a broader range of styles comfortably and confidently.
